What happens Next:

3# Once I have been notified that your payment has been made, I will create a online account for you. All communication will continue from the Lifetick website after this happens.

4# You can start with the worksheet on Your Top 5 Goals and the REASONS for implementing that goal, Click Here to download: Goal Worksheet – Reasons I recommend that you print this off.

5# Sign up for the 7 Day eCourse on Goal Setting, completely optional but it will help you get into the Goal setting Mindset.

After you have received your email notifying you that you Lifetick account has been created, you will need to log in and change your password.

Step 1 – So let’s get started. Simply go to: https://www.lifetick.com/app/

Step 2 – Enter your email address and temporary password, click on Log in

Step 3 – You will be prompted to change your password, enter your new password twice. You will be logged into your dashboard.

Step 4 – Enter your Core Values – Add the areas most important to you, add as many as you would like.

Step 5 – Create your first goal – don’t worry you can change or update this at any time. You always have the option to make this a private goal.

Step 6 – Create your first task – you can change, update and add more at any time.

Once you are this far you can send messages to me from inside the system. You will find the link on the right side.
